At Evelyn & Rose Mount Beauty, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original condition
  • The product must be in the original packaging

For hygiene-related products, items must be clean and unused before being returned.


Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Opened or used products

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Important Return Process

Before approving a return, we aim to find a fast and convenient solution.

In many cases, we may offer a partial refund while you keep the product:

  • First offer: up to 10% refund
  • Second offer: up to 20% refund
  • Final offer: up to 30% refund

If these options are not accepted, a return request may be approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14–30 days.

Costs

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to our international warehouse, and the cost is approximately $40 AUD.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast fulfillment.

If you no longer want the product, you must wait until delivery and follow the return procedure.
