This website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, is operated by Evelyn & Rose Mount Beauty. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use our services.

Consumer: a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
Entrepreneur: Evelyn & Rose Mount Beauty.
Agreement: any agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer via the website.
Right of Withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the agreement within the specified period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by Evelyn & Rose Mount Beauty and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.


Article 4 – The Offer

All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to change or withdraw offers at any time. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor differences may occur.


Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives a confirmation email.

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 30 days of receiving their order.

To request a return, the consumer must contact:

The product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging

Returns are only approved after evaluation.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and may be approximately €35.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products that are not in original condition
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened
  • Customized or personalized items

Article 9 – Price

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations.

If a product is defective or incorrect, the consumer must contact us within a reasonable timeframe.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on location.

Delays may occur due to high demand or external logistics factors. We are not liable for such delays.


Article 12 – Duration Transactions

If an agreement involves a longer duration, it may be terminated in accordance with applicable laws.


Article 13 – Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

Due to high demand during promotional periods, response times may occasionally be longer.


Article 15 – Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
